Tonight I entered a landscape in a local competition and was awarded an Honorable Mention. It's exciting to be honored among one's peers. Tomorrow morning I'll post the image titled "Forgotten City." It was taken from the famous bridge in Selma looking into the back of the city.

The best award I ever won was 'prettiest picture' at a photoschool convention! I was trying so hard to be a serious artist and won a joke prize :D
